The client’s objectives
Sarah Arnett is a talented textile and fashion designer with many years experience in the industry. When she wanted to start a new label Modern Love she asked The Branding Workshop to advise on a branding, marketing and sales strategy to build a luxury brand.
The Branding Workshop’s help
The Branding Workshop conducted a market appraisal to gauge the area that would be suitable to launch in, together with an in depth competitor analysis. The Modern Love brand was then encouraged to create a number of niche offers to satisfy the growing demand for couture and diffusion lines and to approach the market place from a number of angles.
Sarah was encouraged to put existing product ranges from her previous businesses up for license worldwide where they could also maximize revenue for her.
As part of this diversification strategy she undertook a number of illustration commissions, including one for Dior in Paris.
