During the past 10 years, Yvonne has developed an approachable way to help individuals define themselves and move forward in their personal and professional life.

Successful business people strive for control in their professional life and typically focus their energies on achieving work-based goals. Often this leaves individuals with little energy or time to develop the happiness they seek in their life overall.

Yvonne acts as a sounding board, and another pair of eyes and ears, to help you discover your uniqueness and your talents. She draws on executive coaching and other therapeutic models, to help you get the most out of life and achieve your goals.

Sometimes using personal profiling as a starting point, she can help you to look at your strengths and weaknesses both in your personal life and in the workplace, and also at your passions, skills and motivators. She'll work with you to build a picture of your future, encouraging and supporting you to find the steps to achieve it.
