The client’s objectives
I was contacted by Ignes handbags, a handbag manufacturer in Uruguay, as they wanted to create a brand to launch in the UK and throughout the world.
They were aware of my work on the Radley brand, that had now come to international prominence and were keen to work with someone who could take them through the whole process and who had expertise in both product development, business development and branding.
The Branding Workshop’s help
We held a number of workshops to understand the brand in depth, and then created a detailed brand strategy which also informed the product development marketing and sales strategy.
Trend and product research was used as well as an in-depth shop report to create the correct brand positioning. The web site development and SEO were a large part of the sales strategy at the early stages, and which now form the backbone of ininternational sales.
