About Yvonne

Yvonne is known for her subtle ability to allow clients to reach their own conclusions and solutions and decide on the appropriate actions. This method has proved a far more inspiring way for clients to attain their own ambitions, irrespective of their starting point.
Coaching and Mentoring in both business and creativity have been the basis for her work and she subsequently has been able to develop models to do this in different arenas for her clients; both personal and professional. Yvonne understands only too well that business life and personal life are inextricably woven together and that you cannot have control of one without having control of the other.
She has been involved in the business world for over 30 years and in the arena of business coaching and mentoring for over 10 years.
Yvonne has worked within in both her own creative business and her family manufacturing business. She has also held senior posts in education and commerce. During this time and as a specialist business advisor and has gained much insight and experience into the skills and processes needed to encourage change and entrepreneurship.
As a business advisor she was twice nominated for Business Advisor of the Year and won a number of awards including the prestigious “One 2 One” Best for Business awards for her original work on Branding for Entrepreneurial companies. Her most recent award was supplier of the year for Busines Advice to Business Link London, for her work with creative Businesses.
Her current business “The Branding Workshop” has been described as a milestone in making a complex business tool, used mainly by big business, accessible to the SME and not for profit sector
Continuing professional development has allowed her to study in depth the role of branding in social enterprise and she is now a Master Practitioner in NLP and a consultant for Thomas International Personal Profiling. She is now an executive coach to senior management in the NHS, and in the Chartered Institute of Management.
Yvonne is a founding director of “Brilliant Women” a social enterprise that works trans-generationally to support and develop women’s self esteem and skills in both their personal and professional life.
