Building on the extensive research undertaken by the Gavigan brothers, profiles were created of potential customers, their preoccupations, concerns and interests, so that the site would effectively communicate with them.
Branding workshops continued, not without some hilarity and the general roller-coaster ride that occurs when finding available names and choosing the right one to express the brand personality and values.
After many sessions that included much tea drinking and doughnut eating, along with hundreds of post-it notes attached to every available surface, 'We Love Your Feet' was conceived to bring a smile to a subject that potential customers were sensitive to. 'We Love Your Feet' stated categorically the proposition for the brand, and demonstrated the Gavigans’ commitment to their customers. Bringing their clients fashionable shoes, where previously none had been available.
